Manuscripts

Manuscripts are submitted to the Managing Editor (EIC) (tlonner@gmail.com) for initial consideration for publication in the IJS.  This review shall include, but not be limited to, appropriateness for publication in this journal, correct formatting, and inclusion of a letter of submittal by the author with information about the manuscript as stated in the Manuscript Guidelines for submitting to the Intermountain Journal of Sciences (Dusek 1995, revised 2007).

Meetings Abstracts

Only abstracts from the annual meetings of the sponsoring organizations will be published in IJS.  The Editorial Board or the Editor-in-Chief (EIC) shall consider other submissions of abstracts on a case-by-case basis. Sponsoring organizations shall collect abstracts, review them for subject accuracy, format them in Microsoft Word and email them to Terry Lonner, the Managing Editor (EIC)  on or before November 1.  Each abstract shall be reviewed by the EIC to assure proper grammar, compliance with “IJS-Guidelines-for-Meeting Abstracts”  for submitting to the Intermountain Journal of Sciences and for assignment to the appropriate discipline section.  All abstracts will be published in the December issue only.
